Training objectives
This advanced Flow training course is aimed at professionals who already have experience with Flow and who want to take their expertise to the next level.
The aim is to enable them to design, structure and maintain complex, robust automations that comply with current Salesforce standards.
During these 2 intensive days, participants will deepen their understanding of how Flow Builder works.
By the end of the course, learners will have acquired the skills needed to design advanced business automations, replace legacy tools (Workflow Rules, Process Builder), and autonomously manage complex processes within their organization.

Prerequisites
- Prior knowledge of the Salesforce datamodel and of creating or configuring simple flows is required.

Mastering Flow – Advanced level
- Learn about flows and their advanced uses
- Know how to analyze a complex/optimized flow
- Master flow debugging (design time + run time)
- Find flow triggers (where is it used, flow trigger explorer)
- Analyze complex requirements requiring multiple flows
- Creating an optimized flow
- Presenting alternatives to standard elements

The 2-day training course is run remotely or face-to-face by an expert Salesforce automation trainer.

What is Salesforce Flow?
Salesforce Flow is a powerful visual automation tool that lets you model business processes directly in the Salesforce environment, without the need for coding. A Flow is a logical sequence of automated actions, triggered by an event or user interaction.
What’s Flow for?
Flow is used to automate repetitive tasks, such as updating fields, sending e-mails, creating records, or triggering notifications based on defined criteria. This saves time, improves data reliability and enhances the user experience in Salesforce.
How does Flow work?
Flow is based on a drag-and-drop interface, combining logical elements (conditions, loops, assignments) with concrete actions (create, update, search, delete). There are several types of Flow (Record-Triggered, Scheduled, Screen Flow…) to suit different business needs.
