Revenue Cloud consultant responsibilities
The Salesforce CPQ consultant specializes in implementing and optimizing Salesforce CPQ functionalities, used to automate configuration, pricing and quote generation.
Main tasks:
- Analyze the business needs of sales, finance and operations teams to adapt Salesforce to their processes
- Design functional and technical solutions based on Salesforce CPQ, Billing, RCA and other Revenue Cloud modules
- Set up and deploy the Salesforce Revenue Cloud solution (products, pricing rules, workflows, billing)
- Train end-users in the use of CPQ, Billing, RCA.
- Ensure functional acceptance and support the testing phases
- Provide post-deployment problem-solving assistance and make adjustments as necessary.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes using CPQ functionalities.
