The project manager ensures that the Salesforce solutions implemented meet the company’s strategic objectives. He or she is also responsible for ensuring that users adopt the tools and that they have a positive impact on internal processes.

At the crossroads of technical management and functional management, he coordinates all stages in the implementation of a Salesforce solution, from needs analysis to final deployment.
